Clean, comfortable and great location. Lovely breakfast!!! I’ve been using the hotel on/off since early 2000 and with a big 10 year gap. It’s great to see the hotel’s new ownership and improvements have still kept its lovely feel of an oasis in the middle of Bangkok.

It felt like being at a retreat, but I was still in the middle of the bustling city. It’s situated in a nice area as well. The service at the hotel was impeccable, and so were the facilities. The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel focuses on wellness and health, and all the facilities and food reflect that very well.

I recently enjoyed a stay at this serene and beautiful property over the New Year period. While most aspects of my stay were enjoyable, our last night at the hotel was marred by a concerning incident at the lobby atrium bar.

The STAFF ARE AMAZING...being a special trip to Thailand for my partner and I, it was made even more special by the anniversary cake they prepared, not to mention the bouquet of roses or the gourmet chocolate platter that was waiting in our room to welcome our arrival and mark a special occasion. Our interactions with staff members, MAY, WAT, MAM & MIKE demonstrated a level of customer service that we have not experienced for quite some time. The company should be proud (and lucky) to have such employees who are genuinely focused on outstanding customer service with superior communication skills to match. The deluxe king suite is a great size, pool area is beautiful and the location is good too...
